My style is elegant, romantic and timeless, with each cake thoughtfully designed with you and your day in mind. I often take inspiration from nature coupling delicate sugar flowers and botanical details with muted tones, textures and fine art detailing. Meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful, personal touches ensure your cake fits in seamlessly with your day.

MY mission

I’m Hannah, owner and founder of The Willow Tree Bakery. I started my business in 2020, naming it after the willow tree in my parents garden where the business started and my black Labrador, Willow.

I grew up in a small town in Leicestershire known as the ‘Rural Capital of Food’, surrounded by family. Growing up, I have fond memories of baking with my mum and grandparents and celebrations always being full of fun, laughter and food! I’ve always had a creative streak and a love for nature, theatre, fashion and history. I studied Musical Theatre at the London College of Music and began my career as a professional actor and singer on stage and screen.

I love living and working in beautiful Oxfordshire with my partner, often taking inspiration from the countryside and history around me for my designs and sugar flowers.
